CPD is crucial because you can never know too much.
In this section I share some of the things that help me become a better teacher.
1. International Language Symposiums - learning from the brightest minds in the industry.

2. Observing my fellow teachers' lessons.
3. Feedback from fellow teachers observing my classes.

4. Feedback from my students.
With kids, I may write top 20 games that we've been playing during the course and ask them to tick their favorite three.

With adults, I may hand out anonymous surveys and leave the classroom.

My life experience as well as personal interests allow me to offer a variety of ESP (English for Specific Purposes) courses.
This 2-page flyer, for example, will give you everything you need
to begin an exciting journey to a fascinating world of chess.

My law enforcement background has helped me design "English for Police Officers".
I feel privileged to contribute to a great cause years after taking off the uniform.
