STUDENT COMMITMENT & ACCOUNTABILITY POLICY
To maintain the highest standards of progress and professionalism, the following rules apply without exception. By enrolling in this course, the student agrees to abide by the terms below. Failure to comply will result in immediate dismissal with no refund.
1. Attendance Policy
One unexcused absence = automatic cancellation of your place in the course.
Absence must be justified with written notice at least 24 hours in advance, barring emergencies.
2. Homework Completion
All homework is mandatory.
Failure to submit any assigned homework on time and without a valid reason will lead to immediate removal from the course, without refund.
3. Punctuality
Students are expected to be online and ready at the scheduled start time.
More than 5 minutes late without notice is recorded as a strike. Two strikes = dismissal.
4. Code of Conduct
Zero tolerance for abusive, insulting, or discriminatory language or behavior.
This includes, but is not limited to, discrimination or harassment based on race, nationality, religion, gender, age, disability, or sexual orientation.
Any such conduct will result in immediate and permanent removal from the course.
5. Payment Terms
All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the course.
Missed sessions are not refundable or transferable unless canceled by the teacher.
No partial refunds will be issued under any circumstance once the course has begun.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, and session recordings (if applicable) are the intellectual property of the instructor.
Students may not copy, redistribute, or use these materials for teaching or commercial purposes without written permission.
7. Privacy and Recording Policy
Classes may occasionally be recorded for educational or quality assurance purposes.
By enrolling, students consent to being recorded.
Recordings will never be shared publicly and will be stored securely.
